We will provide a high-touch concierge service that takes care of a wide range of our residents’ needs, including but not limited to:
IT support and help with technology, from smartphones to TVs and computers.
Assistance with banking, municipal agencies, or law firms on a case-by-case basis.
In-building valet parking for guests, sponsors, and residents alike.
Door-to-door mail and package pickup & delivery including a dedicated mail sorting area.
Planning seasonal events like group classes and apartment-wide gatherings.
Organising guided, multi-day tours and pilgrimages.
Arranging on-demand or planned local day trips around Bengaluru.
Transportation options from our fleet, including a 15-seater van with senior-friendly seating, easy access, and a fully-functional washroom for day trips to Bengaluru.
Help with bill payments and any other services as needed.
Our concierge desk will also manage routine provisions and daily essentials. We will stock a local provisions/convenience store with the most commonly ordered items, offering immediate delivery. For anything else, there are convenience stores within a 1-km radius that our concierge desk can procure for residents.
Pairental Staff
Everyone on the premises will either be a resident, a registered guest, a registered visitor (like doctors or nurses), or staff. Every staff member will undergo background checks, be hired and trained by us, and be managed by a team of professionals. All of our staff will wear colour-coded uniforms to distinguish between services.

Panic Buttons On-Person & On-Premises: For your safety and peace of mind, wearable panic buttons are provided to each resident, allowing you to call for immediate assistance with the press of a button. In addition, panic buttons are placed in key areas throughout the community, ensuring help is always nearby, both inside and outdoors.
Emergency Support: Public areas are equipped with easily accessible blue-light on-call buttons and closed-circuit phones for instant help in case of an emergency.
Round-the-Clock Monitoring: Our 24x7 security team keeps a close watch, with staff making regular rounds to ensure the safety of everyone.
Family Oversight: With your permission, your family or our staff can monitor your devices, like smartwatches and smartphones, for added peace of mind in case of emergencies.
Apartment Safety: We work closely with you and your family to set up personalized safety features in your apartment, such as door alarms and fire detectors, to fit your needs.
Building Safety: Fire alarms, monitored elevators, and safe stairwell access ensure that you're protected, no matter where you are in the building.
Resident Advisors: Every family has a dedicated Pairental Resident Advisor (RA) who is there for all your needs, from A to Z, providing personalized attention within your block.
